Understanding Throat Disease : What is Throat Disease?
Anorectal conditions are those related to the anus and rectum. Most of the anorectal problems are due to the growth of tissues in the anus and rectum. The anus is a part of the intestinal tract that ends and exits the body. The anus begins at the bottom of the rectum, which is the last portion of the colon. The anorectal line differentiates between the anus and rectum. The stool passes out of the body through the rectum and anus. Normally, in adults, anal length can be up to around 5 cm. The lower portion of the anal ends with nerves that transmits signals to the brain. Under the lining of the anus, there are numerous blood vessels, and the mid-portion has tiny anal glands.
Many anorectal disorders occur at the junction of the anal canal and the rectum. The problems with the anus affect people of all age groups or genders. However, they are treatable with ayurvedic treatment. Ayurvedic treatment for anorectal disorders shows up excellent results when aligned with the right dietary approach and lifestyle modifications.Ano Rectal Disease encompasses a range of conditions affecting the anal canal, rectum, and the surrounding anatomical structures. It includes various ailments like anal fissures, hemorrhoids (piles), fistulas, and other anorectal disorders. These conditions may cause discomfort, pain, itching, bleeding, and difficulty in passing stools.
Fortunately, the condition can still be managed by taking various measures and through a prescribed treatment.
Types of Throat Diseases
There are four different types of anorectal disorders, namely:
Anal Fissure
Fissures are cracks in the lining of the lower anal canal. An anal fissure occurs when hard stool overstretches the anal opening resulting in splits in the anal canal membrane. This crack may cause intense pain and bleeding when you pass stool.
Acute anal fissures are not intense, while anal fissures may go deeper through the anoderm, cutting the surface of the muscles beneath. Rarely, diarrhoea, IBS, the sexually transmitted diseases can be a cause of anal fissure.
Initial treatment includes changes in food habits, ayurvedic medications, etc. Mostly this happens due to infection from small anal glands.
Anal Abscess
They are a collection of pus near the anus. Though they are not considered severe, many of them can occur spontaneously for reasons, not sure. Doctors believe that anal infection, or obstruction in the glands, sexually transmitted disease, be the cause of the anal abscess. The symptoms usually include pain, fever, and constipation.
Usually, anal abscesses occur at the opening of the anus but may also appear closer to the lower colon or pelvic organs, deeper in the anal canal.
Anal Fistula
An anal fistula is a small tunnel-like way, which can appear between the end of the rectum/anal canal and the skin near the anus. It is an anal abscess remnant after it has drained. This narrow tunnel adjoints the end of the bowel and the skin covering the anus. Anal fistula rarely develops half of the time once they are drained, half of the time.
It is the fistula opening that produces pus or blood. Rarely, this will break temporarily, causing the old abscess to blaze up again and get loaded with pus.
It can pain and cause bleeding when passing stools.

Kshara Karma Treatment For Throat Diseases
Kshara Sutra therapy is an ancient Ayurvedic treatment primarily used to manage ano-rectal disorders like piles (hemorrhoids), fistula-in-ano, and fissures. The therapy involves the use of a medicated thread known as Kshara Sutra, which is prepared by coating a surgical thread with specific herbal extracts, primarily alkaline and herbal ingredients. This thread is inserted into the affected area, allowing gradual and controlled tissue destruction, promoting healing, and inducing drainage of pus in conditions like fistula-in-ano. The Kshara Sutra’s alkaline and medicinal properties help in necrotizing the tissue, thereby facilitating the removal of unhealthy tissue while stimulating the growth of healthy tissues. This treatment is considered minimally invasive, promoting faster healing and reducing the chances of recurrence compared to conventional surgical procedures. Kshara Sutra therapy, although effective, requires expertise in its application and should be administered by qualified Ayurvedic practitioners experienced in this specialized treatment method.
Kshara Karma, an Ayurvedic treatment, has established itself as a valid therapeutic approach for managing various ano-rectal diseases, including fissures, fistulas, and hemorrhoids. This method has gained recognition and validation through multiple studies and research reports, including those featured on the Indian National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website. The NCBI reports highlight the efficacy and success of Kshara Karma in treating ano-rectal conditions.
