Types of Vessel Problems ?
The most common type of vessel problems is blockages. These can form in vessels of all sizes, from large and small arteries and veins to microscopic capillaries. Blockages occur when fat, calcium deposits, or other substances build up in the walls of a vessels, reducing the available room for blood to pass through.
When this happens, the flow of blood is stopped or slowed, leading to a “clot.” Clots can be very serious and, if left untreated, can lead to stroke or heart attack.
